PAYMENTS
Orders have to be paid in full prior to delivery. Your PayPal or Credit card will be charged when you place an order, NOT when we ship the order. Title to goods shall pass to purchaser upon payment in full.
Payment Methods:
You can use PayPal (*) and can pay by Credit card (*) via PayPal. We can only ship your order to the address to which the credit card is issued. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, which are the same as your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information will delay the processing of your order.
We do not keep any payment information like credit or debit card numbers. All these payment information are secured and kept safe by PayPal. Check www.Paypal.com for further details on PayPal’s security.
We reserve our right to refuse Credit Card or PayPal purchases for larger transactions at any time. Credit card or PayPal charges can be denied and could require an alternate payment method.
(*) A 3.5 % surcharge will be added on all PayPal or American Express payments.
Bank transfer payments are also accepted. Bank details will be provided under request. Please contact us in order to use this payment method and receive further instructions.
However, orders will not be shipped until bank transfers have been confirmed by our bank.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We only Ship via FedEx or UPS. We reserve the right to substitute an alternative courier service if appropriate or necessary at no extra cost.
Shipping fees cover our shipping cost, package, labor and insurance. Select your destiny country from the country list to determine your shipping fees. Once goods have been sent, we will send you an email with the tracking number. All shipments are insured. Insurance costs are 1% of the value of the purchased products.
Heritage Audio S.L. shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the shipment. Heritage Audio S.L. is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft occurred during shipping, or any other damages resulting from delays or missed delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Heritage Audio S.L. has a 10 day return policy from the day of shipment. This means you must contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from us and send us a copy of the return shipment, providing a tracking number before this period expires.
Approval must be obtained from Heritage Audio S.L. prior to return any product. Contact us before sending any equipment. The Return Authorization Number (RA) should be included in the return shipment. No returns can be sent without a RA number. All returns must be made in their original condition, along with manuals and all original packaging. All the costs incurred in the shipping of a return, are sole responsibility of the purchaser. Any returned products will be subject to a 20 % restocking fee. Your rights to return the goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Shipping must be traceable and your return should be insured in any case.
What if my package is damaged?
Make sure you examine all boxes before acceptance. The delivering agent must note any damage on any package on the delivery note or you must refuse acceptance. You must contact us so we can help you arrange an insurance claim. Heritage Audio is not responsible for any denied shipping claims.
TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
Prices published on this web site do not include any taxes or import duties. All duties, courier handling charges or levies, and local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Some governments might impose taxes or duties on products shipped from the European Community. The purchaser is solely responsible for shipping charges, taxes and duties once the goods arrive in his country.
We will always be truthful in our declaration on custom forms. We will not lower the stated value of the product.
For orders made from European Community countries 18 % VAT is applicable, except when an exemption applies. If customers have a VAT Registration Number, this number should be included on their order confirmation. Orders from outside the European Union are exempt from VAT charges.
DISPUTES
All disputes under any contract concerning the goods not otherwise resolved between Heritage Audio S.L. and the purchaser, shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction for the location of Heritage Audio S.L.
For the interpretation and/or performance of the present contract the parties submit themselves to the law and courts Spain.
